As autumn’s gentle hand begins to paint the leaves with hues of amber and gold, a unique opportunity for renewal and reflection awaits at Oscar Scherer State Park. The Fall Equinox Glamping Retreat offers a perfect blend of outdoor experiences and comfort, all designed to help participants honor the changing seasons in their lives. This three-day journey, led by experienced wellness practitioners, combines the magic of outdoor living with transformative wellness practices. It’s not just a weekend getaway—it’s a chance to realign with nature’s rhythms and your own inner wisdom during one of the year’s most significant natural transitions.

Discover the Fall Equinox Glamping Retreat: Describe the unique experience at Oscar Scherer State Park, including luxury safari tents, wellness activities (yoga, meditation, breathwork), and seasonal rituals to honor the equinox, with details about the three-day itinerary highlighting “Grounding,” “Shedding,” and “Releasing” themes.

The retreat follows a meaningful three-day journey that mirrors the natural transitional energy of the fall equinox. Day one centers on “Grounding,” welcoming participants with fresh juices and a charcuterie box before guiding them through intention-setting exercises, balancing yoga, and a mindful tea ceremony under the stars. Day two embraces “Shedding,” beginning with silence and sunrise yoga before moving into forest bathing, kayaking, and culminating in a powerful sound healing session. The final day focuses on “Releasing,” featuring a reiki healing circle and nature art mandala creation. Each activity is thoughtfully sequenced to support participants in honoring what needs to fall away in their lives, just as trees release their leaves in autumn.
